Van Wert Victory Church isn't built upon "religion" but on relationships, relationships with one another and with God Himself. The music is current with the day we live in. The teaching applies the truths of the Bible to the concerns of daily life. Our programs aren't relics from another era, they meet the needs of people living today. We don't mess around with church politics, but focus on what really matters. Even if you have been attending church regularly, we think you also will find this practical emphasis very helpful.

Who Are Their Leaders?

Pastor Darryl Ramey -  Lead Pastor

Pastor Ramey grew up in a city in Indiana. Pastor attended Ivy Tech State College in Indiana. He graduated from World Harvest Bible College in 1998. Pastor and his wife Cathy have two boys, Ryan and Josh and have been in the Van Wert area now for 10 Years. Pastor Ramey has always had a passion for developing churches which reach out to those who may not have been attending church regularly. Pastor really looks forward to meeting you in person, but for now, here is a welcome letter.

Pastor Bryce and his wife Addy have been such a wonderful inspiration serving as leaders at Victory Church. Both are from the Van Wert area.

They are coordinating our Helps Lay Ministry here at Victory.  Also, Bryce and Addy lead the REVOLUTION Youth Ministry.  Victory Church is excited to see the wonderful giftedness of Pastor Bryce and his wife and we continue to see them growing and moving people into their purpose. 

They share the vision of Victory and desire to see people reached, equipped, and released into their life's purpose. If God has called you into serving him contact Bryce and Addy and let them know.

Pastor Ron and Dottie Prewitt, Senior Adult Pastor / Visitation Pastor 

Victory also welcomes their new Senior Adult Pastor, Pastor Ron Prewitt. Ron and his wife Dottie bring a wealth of ministry experience to Victory Church. Pastor Ron has been in active ministry for over 25 years. Ron has ministry experience as a youth pastor, evangelist, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He has been working for B&O Railroad for thirty-five years. They have two grown children living in Nashville, Tennessee. Dottie has been ministered to youth, Bible teacher, jail ministry, and various women’s ministry. The ministry couple are originally from Corbin, Kentucky. Pastor Ron said, “God has led us to Victory Church. We see unity and vision from the Pastor, Church, and the Staff.  The pastor and his family have been so gracious to us, so has the church. We are ready to continue to bless the people of Van Wert.”  Pastor Ron and Dottie will be helping to minister to the congregation with an emphasis on senior adults.
